The company was founded in 2002 as a GIS and Geospatial company to meet the needs of developers, realtors, builders, appraisers, and bankers. As technology and client needs continued to change, SiteTech Systems expanded its products and services to meet the evolving needs of its clients. In addition to its GIS/Geospatial capabilities, SiteTech Systems specializes in both residential/commercial evaluations and full appraisals for financial institutions throughout the southeast. Additionally, the company performs business valuations, business intelligence and consulting assignments throughout the United States.
About The Owner
TODD WOODARD
Prior to acquiring SiteTech Systems, Todd had 20+ years of experience in banking and consumer finance as he was President of GE Capital’s Retail Mortgage business, President of Conseco Finance’s Private Label Credit Card, Home Improvement, and Sales Finance businesses in addition to holding various executive roles at GreenTree Finance and Household Finance Corporation. Todd is active in the Grand Strand as he serves on the Board of Directors for the Myrtle Beach Regional Economic Development Corporation, Board of Visitors at the Coastal Carolina University Wall College of Business, Finance Advisory Board at the CCU Wall College of Business, and on the board at the Myrtle Beach Campground Association. Additionally, Todd is a frequent speaker to community & regional banks, realtor & appraiser groups, and civic organizations. Todd is a graduate from North Carolina State University with a BS degree in Industrial Engineering.
