Beginning in November 2005 Site Tech Systems began incorporating MLS data into the OneSource application. This data is downloaded daily and massaged to fit within the framework of SiteTech OneSource. While MLS listings are readily avaliable, no other website combines the listings into a mapping application where you get the total picture of 'On-Market' properties and comparable sales. In order for the MLS listings to work within OneSource the local agents must enter correctly formatted TMS numbers into their listing when the listing is submitted to the local board of realtors. If this is not done, then the listing will not appear within the mapping application. To make sure we have the most complete Real Estate information website available we have also added a non map-based MLS listings query to our website. This separate MLS listings site is fully searchable and will display the complete listing information, including photographs, but it will not be tied to the mapping application. Site Tech will post links to this non map-based MLS listings site on both our homepage (outside the OneSource application) and within the OneSource application to make the data as accessible as possible.
